During the period of your membership, we save and use your data for the purposes of various member-based initiatives, including but not limited to, the quarterly newsletter and the members’ directory. After your membership has ended, we will only retain your data if you opt-in to such a data retention.
We do not share your personal data with anyone outside the association. If you are entitled to do so, you may lodge a complaint at the EU Data Protection Ombudsman at https://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/en/dataprotection.
CAF’s website enables users to contact us by e-mail to connect@collaborativeadvocacyfoundation.com or by filling out a contact form, which requires a first and last name as well as an e-mail address. If you contact us through either of these channels, the personal data transmitted are automatically stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. We do not transfer this personal data to third parties.
Founded in India in 2021, CAF is truly a pro-bono initiative which aims to provide facilities for dissemination of contributor’s ideas to the highest possible levels of administration as well as to a large section of public.
