To create a premier think tank that operates on a collaborative model and by providing facilities for dissemination of well researched ideas to the highest possible levels of administration, strive to bring about impact assessment and stakeholder consultation in the policy making process.
We at CAF strive to collaborate with Governments and International Organizations by the promotion of recommendations on a wide range of domestic and international policies and policy matters, by bringing together stakeholders from various levels of society including high ranking Officials (both current and past) and academicians, who collaborate on the study of various policies by a process of open ended consultation and participative research
Founded in India in 2021, CAF is truly a pro-bono initiative which aims to provide facilities for dissemination of contributor’s ideas to the highest possible levels of administration as well as to a large section of public.
