Founded in India in 2021, CAF is truly a pro-bono initiative which aims to provide facilities for dissemination of contributor's ideas to the highest possible levels of administration as well as to a large section of public.

Our vision is to be able to create a culture of participative policy making through the creation of an open collaborative platform for the research, publication and promotion of policy prescriptions with the object of helping States achieve better governance and international relations

We bring together eminent stakeholders from diverse backgrounds such as functionaries of state (present & former), academicians, medical & legal professionals, environmental experts, entrepreneurs to work on policy recommendation projects.

The various stakeholders come together and through the support of our exceptionally energetic peer network conduct study, discuss and design policy recommendations for publication.

Our editorial team, through careful examination and scrutiny of each recommendation moderate the publication and give it final shape in the form of our
